It is our policy at StarReports Ltd to treat our customers in the same way we like to be treated ourselves. These terms are simply our way of making you aware of our policies regarding certain issues. We’ve tried to keep them as straightforward as possible.

Data & Privacy

The information you provide us, when creating an account and purchasing report credits, will be stored in our database and only used in the operation of the StarReports website. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website and to terminate accounts.

Contact

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We reserve the right to contact you using the information you provided, only in regard to issues relating to your credits purchase or support/feedback issues raised.

In order to keep our report credit price low, we do not offer telephone support. However, we are more than happy for you to contact us at any time and on any issue through the feedback pages and we will do our very best to reply to you as soon as possible within normal office hours. Credits and Payment

StarReports credits will be issued immediately on receipt of payment. Online transactions will be handled automatically and credits will be issued instantaneously.

Refunds

We cannot under any circumstances offer refunds on credit purchases. Sorry. Our automated system logs all credit and printing transactions, so in the unlikely event that credits are used without you receiving your print, contact us using the feedback link and we will check and if proved re-credit your account.

Loss of information

StarReports are not liable for any loss of data through the misuse of the StarReports website.

We maintain constant backup and logging of all data stored on StarReports.

In the event of a failure in the system causing a loss of data, we will do our utmost to restore the data to the system.

Text Copying

The copying of report text directly from the website for use in other programs, without purchasing credits, is prohibited.

We monitor for this activity and reserve the right to suspend any account deemed to be performing such actions.

Complaints

We don't have a specific procedure but we do take any complaint very seriously and treat each case on an individual basis.
